Chase Lodge is across the farm from Grounds Farm and can be accessed along Chase Lane (CV8 1PR). It is a 3 bedroom detached bungalow with amazing views over the Warwickshire countryside and Kenilworth Castle.

There is a lovely spacious master bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. There are two additional single bedrooms which share a family shower room. The remaining living space comprises a large living room with patio doors to the garden and a kitchen / diner. All the living accommodation is located on a single level. There is a garden with patio area looking across the fields to Kenilworth Castle and a large lawn area.
